    The Draft 2021 Annual Action Plan is available during the period of June 4 through July 4 for citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties to examine its contents and to submit comments. Citizens may submit their comments through the mail, telephone or via email. Comments will be received until July 4, 2021. A virtual Public Hearing on the Annual Action Plan and prior year Action Plan amendments will be held on Wednesday June 23, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Interested parties may attend the hearing and present their comments on the Draft Plan. If you have a special need and require an accommodation to participate, please contact the office at 610-278-3540. Advance notice of 5 days is required for sign-language or non-English speaking interpreter services, at no cost to the requester. Email kspringe@montcopa.org for instructions to attend virtually.

    The Montgomery County Household Hazardous Waste Collection is free for residents to drop off household chemicals for proper disposal. Businesses and contractors will be turned away.
