Assistance may be provided to impacted and disproportionately impacted small businesses. As such, the following examples may be eligible uses of the Pandemic Recovery Funds.

  • Loans/Grants to Mitigate Financial Hardship
  • Supporting Payroll and Benefits Costs
  • Costs to Retain Employees
  • Mortgage, Rent, or Utilities Costs, and Other Operating Costs
  • Loans/Grants/In-Kind Assistance for COVID-19 Prevention or Mitigation
  • Technical Assistance
  • Counseling
  • Other Services to Assist with Business Planning Needs, Small Businesses Startups and Microbusinesses
  • Capital Investments, such as Rehabilitation of Commercial Properties, Storefront Improvements, and Façade Improvements
  • Microbusinesses Additional Support to Operate the Business, Including Financial/Childcare/Transportation Supports
  • Technical Assistance
  • Business Incubators
  • Grants for Start-ups or Expansion Costs
