I need to file a Protection from Abuse? How do I do that?
Come into the Court House in Norristown between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Go to Women’s Center on the First Floor. If the volunteers are not there, take the elevator to the Second Floor. At the half door, you’ll see a sign that says “Protection from Abuse”. After hours, call 610-631-6541 and ask for the District Justice who is on call.
