Do I have to set up an account with ITI or is there another option for me to receive these calls?
If the inmate is housed in a facility that offers debit calling, you would not have to set up an account with ITI. Debit calling lets inmates pre-pay for calls right out of their commissary account. In this case, the inmate would be charged for the call. You would still have to press the number one on your phone to accept the call, but you would not be charged.
