HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER AT THE COVID-19 VACCINE CLINICS?

We would be happy to have you join the Montgomery County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC). Both medical and non-medical volunteers can serve through the MRC for Montgomery County’s COVID volunteer response. To register for the MRC, go to the ServPA website, https://serv.pa.gov

Once your profile is complete, you will receive a notification that your ServPA registration is complete. The Montgomery County MRC has a COVID-19 task force group that MRC members will join to help support with COVID-19 requests. Being a part of the MRC COVID-19 task force group will allow all members to receive COVID-19 volunteer specific requests.

Your ServPA profile will help ensure your information is up to date for future volunteer opportunities. We appreciate your commitment to join the Montgomery County MRC team.

IF I PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED TO RECEIVE THE VACCINE UNDER 1B OR 1C AND I NOW QUALIFY FOR 1A, DO I NEED TO RE-REGISTER?

No, you do not need to re-register. We will automatically update your registration in our system.

What is my password for the new system?

Your date of birth as shown in the pre-registration system is your password. If this date of birth is incorrect, you can change it after you get into the system.

Am I able to edit my personal information in the VAccine registration system?

No. You are only able to reschedule your appointment using your initial confirmation email.

What do I do if I pre-registered and cannot access the new system or do not get an email to enter my information in the new system?

Call the COVID-19 hotline at 1-833-875-3967 or email COVID19@montcopa.org. You will be asked your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number to add you into the new system.

If I registered to receive the vaccine under THE PREVIOUS REGISTRATION SYSTEM, DO I NEED TO REGISTER ON THE NEW SYSTEM?

No, you do not need to re-register. We will automatically update your information in our new registration system.

What email address does the confirmation come from? Appointment Confirmation

noreply@montcopa.org

Do you have a waitlist for 1B and 1C?

No. Anyone can register no matter what phase is currently eligible. You will be offered an appointment when it’s your turn.

CAN I COMPLETE THE SURVEY AS A BUSINESS OR AS AN INDIVIDUAL HEALTHCARE WORKER?

There is now one registration for everyone, including persons that qualify as individuals and also for persons that qualify because of their occupation. If you qualify because of your occupation, you can list this in the registration system.

Can I use the same email address for multiple people?

Yes. You will get multiple emails, one for each of the registrant(s).

How can I update my registration to include a medical condition?

You cannot update your registration with a medical condition. As long as you had included one medical condition that would be eligible for the 1A phase then you will have been moved to the 1A category.  You are also in Phase 1A if you are 65 or older. Finally, you are in Phase 1A if you signed up as a healthcare worker in the Business/Healthcare survey.

I registered both parents and only got a response about one- both are over 75.

Each registration is for an individual. You can use the same email address. You will just need to check to whom the email is addressed.

I am homebound/I know someone is homebound.

Please call the Hotline at 1-833-875-3967 and tell the operator that you/loved one is homebound. You will be transferred to our Office of Senior Services who will ask you for your information to assess persons for whether they are homebound and to register them in the scheduling system.

I KEEP GETTING STUCK ON THE FIRST PAGE OF REGISTRATION. WHY?

The registration system does not support Microsoft Internet Explorer. You will need to use a different browser. Please use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.

Can you confirm that I am registered?

No. We do not have the ability to confirm you are registered at this time. You should have received an email confirming your registration.

Why isn’t my disease listed as an increased risk of severe illness?

Please find the list of underlying health conditions here that qualify you for Phase 1A. If you have one of these conditions, please check “Yes” to the question of underlying health conditions in the survey.
