COVID-19 VACCINATION REGISTRATION
Registration for the COVID-19 vaccine is now available for everyone age 16 and over. Montgomery County is currently vaccinating people in Phases 1A and 1B. Eligibility for Phase 1C opens April 12. Every individual 16 and over that lives or works in Montgomery County becomes eligible April 13.
To ensure equitable access for all, vaccine appointments within phases will be released randomly, not by date registered. If you experience longer than normal wait times on the COVID-19 hotline or experience a website timeout, please come back to pre-register at a later date.
April 16 Update: Per federal and state directives, the Montgomery County Office of Public Health (OPH) is pausing the use of the Johnson and Johnson (J&J) COVID-19 vaccine at its vaccination clinics until further notice. All J&J-only vaccine clinics for the week of April 19 are cancelled, we apologize for the inconvenience. Anyone with existing appointments has been contacted to reschedule. An updated clinic schedule is below.

QUESTIONS & PRE-REGISTRATION BY PHONE
For general COVID-19 questions or to pre-register for the vaccine by phone, call the Montgomery County COVID-19 hotline at (833) 875-3967. Per-registration by phone is available to seniors and people without internet access. The hotline is open six days a week, Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note the hotline cannot provide updates or timelines on vaccine pre-registration, please refer to the instructions received in your confirmation email. General questions can be emailed to covid19@montcopa.org.
VACCINE CLINIC INFORMATION
Montgomery County is currently distributing Pfizer at its COVID-19 vaccine clinics.
Clinics are open Monday through Friday with varying evening and weekend hours. Due to the limited supply of vaccine available at this time, only eligible people will be scheduled appointments. Appointments are required to receive the vaccine, no walk-up registration will be accepted. Anyone under the age of 18 attending a COVID-19 vaccination clinic must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The PA Department of Health will be matching Long Term Care Facilities NOT enrolled in the federal partnership with potential vaccinators. Please fill out this form only if you are not already enrolled with the federal program and are interested in being matched with a state vaccination provider:
